Exchange & Return Policy

All products purchased from can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of product showed.

How to claim?

  • You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at or by calling within 09:00Am to 06:00Pm (Monday to Friday) at: 051 111 222 845
  • You must notify us regarding your claim within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product should be sent back to Batik within 7 days of purchase in-case the claim is accepted by Team Batik.

*In case of approved claim, return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

*Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our retail store within the 7 days from the date of delivery.

*No exchange or refund is offered on items purchased on sale price.



We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 7 Working days Required for the processing of returns and Refunds.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. BATIK may cancel orders for any reason. Common reason may include: The item is Out of Stock, Pricing Errors or credit Card payment declined by Issuers financial Institution.*


BATIK has the right to deny any claim if the product is damaged or anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
